In the golden autumn, farmers in Taohuashan village of Jincheng, Shanxi province, are reaping a bumper harvest of persimmons. They are busy gathering the fruit and drying it for snacks, presenting a charming autumn scene. Persimmons have been placed around virtually every house in the village, as they become sweeter after exposure to the sun for two to three weeks.
