The Taiyuan Mixc Plaza is located at the core area of Changfeng Culture and Business District in Taiyuan, the capital and the largest city in Shanxi province. It faces the street on four sides and is close to the five major city landmarks including Shanxi Library, Shanxi Science and Technology Museum, Shanxi Grand Theater and Taiyuan Art Museum.

The plaza has one basement floor and six floors above ground. Around 25 percent of stores in the plaza are related to the catering sector. It also has a high-end supermarket, an IMAX theater, indoor theme parks, a 1,600-square-meter Olympic standard ice rink, a brand bookstore and a museum with distinctive cultural features.
